2018年中国机械工程学会工业工程分会年会通知

        2018年中国机械工程学会工业工程分会年会由中南林业科技大学承办,将于2018519-21日在湖南省长沙市隆重召开。年会期间召开第二十四届工业工程与工程管理国际学术会议(IE&EM 2018)2018年中国机械工程学会工业工程分会理事大会和第八届工业工程企业应用高峰论坛。

第二十四届工业工程与工程管理国际学术会议(IE&EM 2018) 会议通知 

        24届工业工程与工程管理国际学术会议(IE&EM 2018)将于2018519日至20日在中国长沙召开。它将回顾、交流、总结和推广在过去一年里工业工程与工程管理领域中所取得的成果,并对其未来发展提出新的设想和展望。本届大会将为中国乃至全球范围内该领域的专家、学者和企业界人士提供一个理论研究、成果展示和实践探索的交流平台,以期推动工业工程与工程管理在高校和企业中的发展及应用。本届大会将同期召开由中国机械工程学会工业工程分会主办的2018第八届工业工程企业应用与实践高峰论坛,届时将有数位来自国内外知名企业拥有丰富管理经验的高级管理与技术人员讲述工业工程与工程经济的应用案例。 

       该会议征收学术论文发表,我们期待着您的关注和参与。

1. Prof.Chen-Fu Chien 

Taiwan Tsing Hua Chair Professor (台湾清华大学) 

  Dr. Chenfu Chien is Tsinghua chair professor of department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management in Taiwan Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He is a member of IEEE, IIE, CIIE, CIDS, and CSMOT and is a Board Member of CIIE and CIDS. Dr. Chien has served as the Steering Committee of the Industrial Engineering and Management Program in Taiwan Science Council since 2002. He was a guest editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, International Journal of Business, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Service Technology andM anagement, Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing, and OR Spectrum. He is currently Editorial Board Member of Computers and Industrial Engineering, Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, Area Editor for Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal and Advisory Board of OR Spectrum. He is also on the editorial board for International Journal of Operational Research (UK), Journal of the Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineers (EI/TSSCI), Sun Yat-Sen Management Review (TSSCI), Journal of Management and Systems (TSSCI), and Journal of Quality (EI). 

2 .Prof. Russell Thompson 

The University of Melbourne, Australia (澳大利亚墨尔本大学) 

  Russell Thompson is an Associate Professor in Transport Engineering in the Department of Infrastructure Engineering at the University of Melbourne in Australia. His research areas are urban freight, resilient transport systems and intelligent transport systems.He has over 15 years of experience in urban freight research. Russell has been involved in a number of local and international studies relating to urban freight, including the European Unions Best Urban Freight Solutions (BESTUFS) project and the OECD report on urban distribution. 

    Russell was a founding Director and has been the Vice President of the Institute for City Logistics based in Kyoto since 1999. He isalso a Team Leader of the Volvo Research and Education Foundations Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Urban Freight Systems. He has been involved inseveral studies that have estimated the economic, environmental and safety benefits of performance based standards. Russell has published over 10 booksand 50 refereed publications in the field of urban freight. He is currently involved in a number of projects involving autonomous freight vehicles. 

    Russell leads the Transport research program inthe Centre of Disaster Management and Public Safety (CDMPS) and coordinatesprojects relating to the disruption and recovery of traffic networks, traffic guidance systems and humanitarian logistics. 

3. Prof.SOEMON TAKAKUWA 

Chuo University and Nagoya University (日本中央大学和名古屋大学) 

  SOEMON TAKAKUWA is a Professor at Chuo University and a Professor Emeritus at Nagoya University in Japan. He received a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Doctorate of Economics from Nagoya University and holds of a P.E. in industrial engineering. He is a corresponding member of the International Academy of Engineering in Russia. He received the 2006-Medal of DAAAM (Danube Adria Association for Automation &Manufacturing International and other distinguished awards. His research interests include the optimization of manufacturing and logistics systems, management information systems and simulation analysis of these systems in the context of hospitals. He has prepared the Japanese editions of Introduction to Simulation using SIMAN, Simulation with ARENA, and Simio and Simulation: Modeling, Analysis, Applications.

Models for City Logisticsand improving the resilience of traffic networks

  This presentation will outline how optimisation models have been developed for City Logistics, including CBD distribution routing, co-modality and anticipatory demand, coll aborative freight systems, road pricing and the physical internet. 

  An overview of how optimisation models can improve the resilience of traffic networks from natural disasters will also be presented. New methods for improving diversion planning, network recovery and strengthening will be described. 

Simulation Modeling of Manufacturing Systems in IoT-Industry 4.0 Environment

  The fourth industrial revolution or Industry 4.0 is a collective term involving a number of technologies of automation, data exchange and supply chain including manufacturing systems via the Internet. In an Industry 4.0 environment, cyber-physical systems communicate with each other and with human participantsin real time over the Internet of Things (IoT). Both internal and cross-organizational services are offered and utilized by members of the supply chain. This means that direct communication between the shop floor and acustomer can be performed, and mass customization will be adopted as a manufacturing system. The concept of mass customization is defined as "producing goods and services to meet individual customer's needs with near mass production efficiency" in both manufacturing and service industries. 

    In an Industry 4.0 environment, there should be quick decision making, not only by monitoring the status of manufacturing activities but also by administering an achievement control. From the stand point of operations management, achievement control in process control is treated to execute shop floor control. Although the IoT isan important means for monitoring the status of shop floor, it is difficult toperform expeditious follow-up and control of available capacity to adjust for the difference between the planned amount and the actual achievement amount. Simulation and scheduling techniques will play an important role meeting deadlines in the process control and the accounting of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and shop data. In this context, real-time simulation,real-time scheduling, cloud computing for executing simulation, and Risk-based Planning and Scheduling (RPS) are reviewed and introduced.

        由中国机械工程学会工业工程分会主办,中南林业科技大学承办的“第八届工业工程企业应用高峰论坛”将于2018520-21日在湖南省长沙市隆重召开。随着两化深度融合,工业工程在制造业、制造服务业、信息服务业和社会服务业深入发展。为了更好地展现应用硕果,推进产业发展,我们特组织这次高峰论坛。

        齐二石,中国机械工程学会常务理事,中国机械工程学会工业工程分会副主任委员,中国工业工程突出贡献专家,教育部高等学校工业工程类专业教学指导委员会主任委员,天津大学教授、博士生导师、天津大学校学术委员会副主任,第五届国家863/CIMS 专家,天津市先进制造及自动化技术专家委员会委员。主要研究方向:管理科学与工程、系统工程、工业工程、物流工程。 

       简桢富,中国机械工程学会工业工程专家、台湾新竹清华大学特聘教授、天津大学管理科学与工程特聘兼职教授、北京清华大学工业工程系客座教授,增担任台积电工业工程处副处长,参与企业多项策略项目规划与经济分析。简桢富教授理论联系实际,将复杂的策略决策问题用抽象的学术模型架构,给企业创造了一定的经济效益。建立双赢的产学合作研究机制,现已成为台湾企业在国际管理学界的典范。多项国际发明专利已转换成技术成果,并获得丰厚生产效益,受到各界专家的好评。 

       汪玉春,中国机械工程学会工业工程专家、原一汽轿车股份有限公司党委书记,高级职业经理人,高级经济师。先后在一汽轿车厂、一汽二轿厂、一汽轿车公司、一汽大众公司任职,从事工业工程领域工作近16年。通过学习和消化吸收TPS的先进管理理念,形成建立具有一汽轿车自己特色的生产管理体系即HPS,从而达到提升公司研发、设计、制造和营销自主能力的目的。通过自主研发项目,体系能力得到大幅提升,达到了“出机制、出流程、出标准、出思想、出人才”的目的。
